• My piece is in presale, what does this mean?

The garments that we have for pre-sale are in the production process, that is, we are finishing production and we still do not have the stock available for shipping, but we offer you the possibility of reserving it so that you do not run out!

• When will I receive my order?

Each pre-sale product may have a different delivery time. You will find the delivery time of each pre-sale product in the same description of the garment.

What happens if I have bought other items in the same order?

If your order is mixed, that is, it includes garments in presale and garments in stock, they will all be sent together in a single package within the delivery time mentioned in the presale.

Can I return pre-sale items?

Yes, the same return policy applies as for garments in stock and you can request a return within 14 calendar days from the moment you receive the garments at your home. The same exceptions apply as for the rest of the items, mentioned in the Returns Policy.
