DOMESTIC AND PORTUGAL SHIPMENTS
- Shipping to the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and Portugal (within 1 to 3 business days): €5
- Conventional shipping is free in Spanish territory with purchases over €200.
- International shipping within the European Union (Some countries are excluded) From 5 to 10 working days for €15. We ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
- International worldwide shipping (Some countries excluded) From 5 to 15 working days for €30 . Taxes are not included on worldwide international orders outside US and therefore local duties and taxes often apply and are added once your shipment reaches its destination. Check with your local authorities for more information on duties and taxes in your country. Customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer, Aware Barcelona has no control over them and will not pay them on your behalf.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: International orders may require completing a form with the vendor and customer identification number. We will contact you in case our shipping company requires the necessary documents.
All items are shipped from our Barcelona warehouse and shipping times quoted are estimates. Shipments are made every afternoon at 4:00 p.m. on weekdays (Monday to Friday). The company with which shipments are made at the National level is Nacex and international shipments are made with UPS, Zeleris, Fedex or Correos Express depending on the destination.
Deliveries are only made on working days.
Once the purchase is made you will receive an order confirmation email in your inbox. The package preparation time is one business day. Once the package leaves our workshop you will receive a second email informing of the departure.
If you do not receive the package within the stipulated period or for any questions or queries about its shipment, you can contact us by sending an email to email@example.com and we will attend to you as soon as possible.
International customs procedures may apply which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
