The acquisition of any of the products and services entails the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Particular Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain products and services.
These General Conditions may be modified without prior notification, therefore, it is advisable to read their content carefully before proceeding to purchase any of the products and services offered.

All notifications and communications between users and WE ARE AWARE SCP will be considered effective, for all purposes, when they are made through any of the means detailed above.
3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

WE ARE AWARE SCP reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and/or services offered to Clients. Thus, WE ARE AWARE SCP may, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently offered. Likewise, WE ARE AWARE SCP reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering, at any time, and without prior notice, any of the products and services offered.

6. DELIVERY
PRODUCTS
The order will be delivered to the address designated by the client at the time of contracting according to the chosen modality.
The scope of delivery includes the following areas: the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and member countries of the European Union. International shipments to the whole world according to availability of the courier service.
SERVICES
The provision of the service will be carried out as follows:
Shipments are managed through the company NACEX, CORREOS EXPRESS, ZELERIS, UPS or SEUR. Delivery times vary depending on the destination of the shipment.
Standard shipments to Spain and Portugal take an average of 24 to 72 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). For shipments to other countries of the European Union and internationally, the terms can be extended between 7 and 15 working days from the moment of shipment.
Shipping process: All shipments are made from Monday to Friday, working days in the morning. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. can be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday are prepared and shipped the following Monday. Deliveries are only made on working days.
In periods of promotions, sales or parties, exceptionally, delivery times may be affected.
Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, so city holidays will affect delivery times.
In the event that, due to an exceptional case, we do not have any product in the order, we will inform you by email or telephone and we will offer you an alternative solution or refund.
REMEMBER that shipments are not made to PO Boxes, so it is necessary that you give us the exact delivery address.
FORMS AND DELIVERY TIMES

4. International Shipping:

8. PRICES, EXPENSES AND TAXES
The prices of the products and services that are included in www.awarebarcelona.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during their validity period, except for printing errors and whatever the destination of the order. .

10. RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
As established by the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, which approves the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
This right of withdrawal is not applicable, among others, to:

- Supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
PRODUCTS
The client will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the requested good or product to inform WE ARE AWARE SCP of their desire to withdraw from the contract.
Withdrawal implies that WE ARE AWARE SCP will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the client within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the client for payment (provided that the product purchased is not within exceptions noted above).
During this period, the consumer will notify the employer of his decision to withdraw from the contract by filling out the form found in the Changes and Returns section.
WE ARE AWARE SCP will communicate to the consumer in durable support an acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal.
To proceed with the return of a product, it is essential that it be in perfect condition and with its corresponding original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used.
Once we receive your request through the online returns portal, we will proceed to the collection service.
The customer will bear the costs of returning the goods.
OBSERVATIONS
You can return an item within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.
Returns of made-to-measure products, underwear or items that cannot be returned as bodies or earrings for hygiene reasons will not be accepted.
The garments or accessories to be returned must be new, unused and with the original labels and packaging.
To manage the return you must fill in the form found in the "CHANGES AND RETURNS" section.
The expenses derived from the return shipment are borne by the customer.
If you want a new size or garment, the customer can contact us through the same form and request a free change (Spain) or at a cost of €10 (International) and which includes collection and delivery of the new piece. Service subject to availability of the garment.
Aware Barcelona reserves the right not to accept returns when:
1. The return statement is outside the stipulated period.
2. Return shipments after the established period.
3. Product without label.
4. Used or damaged product.
5. Loss of packages that are NOT certified.
6. More than two returns have been made with the same coupon.
SERVICES
The term to withdraw from the contract for the provision of services is 14 calendar days from the day the contract is entered into, and the user must notify WE ARE AWARE SCP of his desire to exercise said right, which he can do by filling out the form that located at the end of this document.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal gives rise to the suspension of the service.

Once we receive your request, we will contact the customer to indicate the details of the return.
11. WARRANTY
Products purchased through www.awarebarcelona.com have a warranty period of from the moment of its acquisition, which cover possible manufacturing defects of the product, as well as any failure produced during said period.
At Aware Barcelona we work so that all the products we send are in perfect condition.
In the event of receiving a garment in poor condition or with a manufacturing defect, the client must notify it within a maximum period of 48 hours upon receipt of the order, sending an email to info@awarebarcelona.com indicating their order number, garments with damage and attaching the photographs of the garment.
We will review the request within a maximum period of 48 hours. Once the request has been evaluated and accepted, the part will be replaced if it is available, at no cost to the customer. In case of not having enough stock, we will proceed to offer an alternative solution such as change of garment, coupon or refund if applicable.
In products of a durable nature, the consumer will have the right to an adequate technical service and the existence of spare parts for a minimum of 5 years from the date the product ceases to be manufactured, without the possibility of increasing the price of spare parts when applying them in the repairs.

OBSERVATIONS
We reserve the right not to apply guarantees in the following cases:
- Communication of the tare after a period of 48 hours upon receipt of the order.
- Natural wear of the garments due to its use.
- Misuse of clothing.
- Poorly preserved garments, without following the guidelines marked on the label.
- Garments modified or manipulated by the client.
12. LIABILITY AND EXECUTION OF LIABILITY
The consumer and user has the right to repair the product, to replace it, to reduce the price or to terminate the contract, as established in Chapter II Tit. IV Book II of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
If the product does not conform to the contract, the consumer may choose between repairing or replacing the product, both being free of charge for the consumer, which will be carried out within a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of the products. and the purpose for which they were intended.
If the repair is completed and the product delivered, it is still not in accordance with the contract, the consumer may demand its replacement, the price reduction or the termination of the contract.
WE ARE AWARE SCP may suspend, withdraw or partially or totally cancel the services subject to contracting at any time and without the need for prior notice. The previous provision will not affect those services that are reserved for registered users or that are subject to prior contracting and that will be governed by their specific conditions.
