Returns within Spain

Items purchased in Spain can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and with original tags attached and original packaging.

To request a return, simply complete the form in our returns portal.

Once the return is received and validated, we will issue the refund using the original payment method, or instant refundif you select this option.

The return cost for Spanish orders (€5) will be automatically deducted from the refunded amount. Initial shipping costs are not refundable.

If your purchase was made using a coupon, the refund will be issued in the same format.

Aware does not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error in the order.

International Returns

Items purchased outside Spain can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and with original tags attached and original packaging.

Return costs:

• European Union: €10 fixed return fee (except Cyprus and Malta)

• Outside the EU / Cyprus / Malta: return cost varies depending on destination. We also ofer a DIY shipping option. For these destinations, please contact us before returning the item at: shop@awarebarcelona.com

Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be issued for the returned item(s). The return cost will be deducted from the refunded amount, and initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Barcelona is not responsible for any customs duties, import charges, or additional fees incurred upon re-entry into the country if the return shipment is sent without the required documentation and/or outside the indicated shipping timeframes.

International online orders can also be returned in our Barcelona store, presenting the invoice received by email.

EXCHANGES (WITHIN SPAIN ONLY)

Online exchanges are available only for orders delivered within Spain.

The first size exchange is free.

To request an exchange:

1. Access the form
   https://go.ifreturns.com/es/awarebarcelona

2. Select “Exchange” and choose your new size

3. Prepare the item in its original packaging, properly sealed

4. The courier will collect the package or bring it to the pick up point.

5. Once the item has been dropped, you will receive the new size within approximately 3 days.

Exchanges are not available for jewelry accessories or custom-made garments.

If you wish to change for a different model or color, you must request a return and place a new order.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed, with original packaging (box) and tags intact.
2. If the item is returned damaged, used, or without prior notice of a defect, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
3. If your item has any defect, you must notify Aware within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. After this period, we cannot accept responsibility for defects reported later.
4. Once the return request has been submitted, the package must be shipped or dropped off within 3 days.
