LEGAL BASES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE INSTAGRAM COMMENTS GIVEAWAY DECEMBER 1, 2023

1.- PROMOTION ORGANIZING COMPANY

The company  We are Aware SCP with address at C/ Marià Cubí 100, Barcelona 08021 and identified with the number  J 67177667 organizes the SUMMER 2023 European draw, to be carried out via the Internet, exclusively for users residing in countries of the European Union in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.

The purpose of this giveaway is to reward the loyalty of the brand's followers.

2.-START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will start on December 1, 2023 and will end on December 8, 2023 . The Company reserves the right not to proceed with carrying out the promotional action if, by the reflected start date, participation of more than 10 people has not been registered.

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

The participation requirements will be the following:

• Those people who reside in countries of the European Union and are over 18 years of age. 
• Only those Participants who have an Instagram account may participate.
• Participants must comment on the brand's publication on the social network Instagram by tagging 1 friend during the participation period.

• Participants may comment as many times as they wish and each comment will be considered a unique entry.

4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

The winner will be chosen randomly through the SorteosApp platform. The winner will be notified on December 8 at 9 p.m. through the same publication on the brand's social profile along with the certificate of validity of the draw.

The prize will consist of acquiring a look from the Muse collection consisting of a blouse + pants or skirt or a dress. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be exchanged or altered.

The winner may contact the Company during a period of 7 days from the date it is announced on the brand's social profile. If such contact does not occur within the stipulated period, the draw will be declared void.  or assign another winner, according to preference.

The winner will receive the gift after registering on the brand's website awarebarcelona.com by creating a customer account. 

The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.

  5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTY

If it is evident that any of the Participants do not meet the requirements set out in the Rules, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

The Company reserves the right to declare the draw void.

6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, that are offensive, libelous or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be permitted.
