LEGAL BASES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE DRAW OF COMMENTS ON INSTAGRAM JULY 3, 2023

1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION

The company We are Aware SCP with address at C/ Marià Cubí 100, Barcelona 08021 and identified with the number J 67177667 organizes the SUMMER 2023 draw at a European level, to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users residing in European Union countries in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.

The purpose of this raffle is to reward the loyalty of the followers of the brand.

2.-START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will begin on JULY 3, 2023 and will end on JULY 10, 2023

The Company reserves the right not to proceed to carry out the promotional action if by the reflected date of commencement of the same, a participation of more than 10 people has not been registered.

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

The participation requirements will be the following:

Those people residing in European Union countries and are over 18 years of age.
Only those Participants who are holders of an Instagram account may participate.
Participants must comment on the brand's publication on the Instagram social network tagging 1 friend during the participation period.

Participants may comment as many times as they wish and each comment will be considered a unique entry.

4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

The winner will be chosen through the SorteosApp platform randomly. The winner will be notified on July 10 at 9:00 p.m. through the same publication on the brand's social profile along with the certificate of validity of the draw.

The prize will consist of a coupon with the amount of €200 to spend on the brand's website with a validity of 6 months. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration.

The winner may contact the Company during a period of 7 days from the date on which it is announced on the social profile of the brand. In the event that such contact does not take place within the stipulated period, the draw will be declared void. or assign another winner, according to preference.

The winner will receive a gift voucher in the amount of €200 after registering on the website of the brand awarebarcelona.com creating a customer account.

The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize are subject to current tax regulations.

5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

If it is evident that any of the Participants does not meet the requirements set forth in the Bases, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded by virtue of this Promotion.

The Company reserves the right to declare the draw void.

6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, that are offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image will not be allowed either. We will not be responsible for the damages caused by the comments made by the Participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other Participants.

Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of the comments made by the Participants in the publications, may not under any circumstances violate the Instagram Community Rules or the Instagram Conditions of Use.

If the use of fraudulent means for participation, such as the use of bots in comments, is discovered by the Company, the prize will not be awarded to you and will remain the property of the Company.

7.-RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant regarding the prize you get from this Promotion.

We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the promotion from being carried out or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

In the event that this Promotion could not be carried out, either due to fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of the Company and that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation web page.

10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the Participant's city of residence will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these bases.
