Legal bases for the Instagram giveaway

1.- COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION

The company We Are Aware SCP , with registered office at C/ Marià Cubí 100, 08021 Barcelona , and identified with the CIF number J67177667 , organizes a European-wide raffle, to be carried out via the Internet, exclusively for users residing in countries of the European Union , in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.

The purpose of this raffle is to reward the loyalty of the brand's followers.

2. START DATE AND END DATE

The promotion will begin on December 22, 2025 and will end on December 29, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. (Spanish Peninsular Time) .

The company reserves the right not to proceed with the promotional action if, by the date shown for its start, no more than 10 people have participated.

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

The participation requirements will be as follows:

Those who reside in countries of the European Union and are over 18 years of age may participate.
Only those who own an Instagram account will be able to participate.
Participants must comment on the giveaway post on the Instagram social network, tagging 1 friend during the participation period.
Participants may comment as many times as they wish, and each comment will be considered a unique entry .

4.- PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZE

The winner will be chosen randomly through the SorteosApp platform.
The winner will be announced on December 29, 2025 through the same post on the brand's Instagram profile, along with the certificate of validity of the draw.

The prize will consist of a gift voucher worth €200 , redeemable exclusively on the brand's official website or at the Barcelona store at c/ Marià Cubí 100, local 1 www.awarebarcelona.com .

Voucher conditions:

The voucher will be valid from January 1, 2026 to April 1, 2026 , both inclusive.
The voucher only covers the value of the garment .
Shipping costs are not included and must be covered by the winner depending on the shipping method and location.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash , or for any other product or promotion, nor can it be changed or altered.

The winner will have 7 calendar days from the date of the announcement on the brand's social media profile to contact the company. If no contact is made within this period, the company reserves the right to declare the prize void or to select a new winner .

To claim the prize, the winner must register as a customer on the website www.awarebarcelona.com , creating a user account.

The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations .

5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

If it is found that any of the participants does not meet the requirements stipulated in these terms and conditions, or that the data provided is invalid, their participation will be considered null and they will be automatically excluded from the promotion, losing all rights to the prize.

The company reserves the right to declare the draw void .

6. PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, defamatory or discriminatory, or that could infringe the rights of third parties, will not be allowed.

Participation in this promotion and the comments made may not, under any circumstances, violate Instagram's Community Guidelines or Terms of Use .

If the use of fraudulent means , such as bots or fake profiles, is detected, the participant will be automatically excluded and the prize will not be awarded.

7.- EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY

The company is not responsible for any losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the development of the promotion, nor for the use made by the winner of the prize obtained.

Likewise, the company does not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous cause that could prevent the promotion from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The company responsible for processing the data is We Are Aware SCP , with registered office at C/ Marià Cubí 100, 08021 Barcelona , and CIF J67177667 .

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the personal data provided will be processed for the purpose of managing participation in the draw, communicating the winner and processing the delivery of the prize .

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, limitation, portability and other rights recognized by current regulations by sending an email to info@awarebarcelona.com or by post to C/ Avenir 39, Entresuelo 4ª, Escalera Izquierda, 08021 Barcelona , attaching a copy of an identification document.

Furthermore, the participant may file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their data does not comply with current regulations.

9. CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE

The company reserves the right to modify or expand these terms and conditions, provided that the rights of the participants are not prejudiced.

Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions , as well as Instagram's rules.

Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, administer, or in any way associate with this promotion.

10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish legislation .
For any dispute that may arise from the promotion, the Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the participant will have jurisdiction.
