Returns and Exchanges

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Aware Barcelona, we want your experience to be simple and satisfying.

RETURNS IN SPAIN

You can easily process your return through our returns portal. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and the return cost of €5 will be deducted from the refunded amount. You can also return your item at our Barcelona store with your email invoice.

We do not accept returns for underwear, custom-made, made-to-order, or altered garments. If the purchase was made using a coupon, the refund will be issued in the same format.

EXCHANGES IN SPAIN

Your first size exchange is free. Simply complete the form in our exchange portal, select the new size, pack the item properly, and drop it off at a collection point or wait for the courier. Once we receive your return, we will ship the new size within 24-48 hours.

For exchanges for a different model or color, you will need to return the item and place a new order. We do not accept exchanges for accessories, custom-made, or made-to-order garments.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached, returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. The return cost is €10 within the EU and varies for other countries (contact us at shop@awarebarcelona.com for details). Access our returns portal and follow the steps, or return your item at our Barcelona store with your email invoice.

We do not accept returns for jewelry, accessories, or underwear.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges on international orders. However, you can request a return and receive a store credit coupon to make a new purchase in our online or physical store.
